Ezi provides a cloud-based practice management platform designed for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy practices. The Service includes scheduling, billing, documentation, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by law.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. HIPAA Compliance

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by sending you an email.
