How does per-active-client pricing work?
Each plan has a flat monthly base that includes a set number of active clients (Essentials includes 9, Practice 16, Professional 22, Enterprise 41) — your first 3 are always free. Beyond the included count, each additional active client bills at the plan's per-client rate. You're never charged per staff seat — add therapists and admins at no extra cost.
What is an active client?
A client on your active roster receiving services in a given month. Clients on your waitlist or intake pipeline, and any test records, are not billed. Discharged clients stop counting the month they leave.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full Professional-tier access, and your first 3 active clients are always free. No credit card required. We set up your account the same day and walk you through onboarding, included free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
None. Onboarding is included with every plan. Complex data migrations from legacy systems are available as optional professional services.
How does Ezi support HIPAA compliance?
Ezi is built to help ABA practices meet their HIPAA responsibilities. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards — including access controls, secure infrastructure, and encryption — and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with every Ezi subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Annual plans can be invoiced.
Can I import data from my current system?
Yes. We support CSV imports for clients, staff, authorizations, and session history — included with onboarding. Larger or more complex migrations are available as professional services.
